My stay at this hotel in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is very nice, clean, comfortable rooms with great internet access and excellent facilities. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Bruce, who went above and beyond to help me. He took so much time to explain what to see in the city and even arranged a safe and affordable ride back to the airport. Honestly, the help and kindness from the staff was not something you see every day! While the hotel is a bit further from the main Old Quarter, the location is actually great if you’re planning to do some shopping, as many shops are just south of the hotel. It’s a peaceful spot with easy access to everything. There’s also a lovely bakery right next door where you can grab breakfast if it’s not included. I would definitely stay here again!

I will be evaluating the hotel in comparison to other 4-star hotels. Its greatest asset is the polite and helpful staff. The reception was always ready to assist us; we were granted a late check-out, and the staff at the front desk were always smiling. We appreciated the complimentary laundry service. The spa and relaxation area was also good, although the saunas were not quite warm enough. We chose a standard room. While I understand that there are different room categories, in a 4-star hotel, a view of a wall should not really be an option. The weakest point of the hotel was the breakfast, which, for us Europeans, was below average. We’ve been traveling for a month, and out of all the places we’ve stayed, this hotel’s breakfast was by far the weakest. My suggestion for the gym is to remove the unnecessary sofa and replace it with something practical for working out—the gym is poorly equipped. In summary: The service at this hotel was at a 4-star level, the breakfast at a guest house level, and the room no more than 3 stars.

In addition to meeting all my expectations like cleaniness, modern and .... having a free self-service laundry was great for me. The most unique part of my experience was the amazing staff, cooperative, polite, and sincere. I felt myself home, and I would like to thank them here by their names : Dwayne, Anthony, Alex, Kin, Hazel, I really appreciate your efforts, and this community is lucky to have you. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone without any doubt. Just if they can improve their breakfast, then it's the perfect place to stay.

The place was very clean. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard each day. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfy. The laundry was such a great thing to have access to as a backpacker. We loved it! Gym was nice too. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort in Hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay at Signature M in Hanoi! The hotel was stylish, comfortable, and in a great location- but the real standout was Darryl. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Big shoutout to him! Would absolutely stay here again.
